LARCHMONT, N.Y. -- Residents will have a few opportunities to get involved in their local government this week.

Monday

The Board of Trustees will meet at 7 p.m. in the Courtroom at Village Hall to discuss recreation fees for 2012, including: field fees for the spring; tennis rates; and Flint Park Day Camp rates. For the full agenda, visit the village's calendar page.

Wednesday

The Board of Assessment Review will meet at 7:30 p.m. in the Conference Room at Village Hall to review legal procedures in connection with Grievance Night.

The Mamaroneck Town Board will hold a work session at 5 p.m. in Conference Room A, then re-adjourn for their regular meeting at 8 p.m. in the Courtroom at Town Center. The board will hold a public hearing to eliminate the Historic Records Committee. The board decided that there in no longer a need for the committee, because of the upgrades in its archiving standards.
